Nothing really too exciting going on at Trinity right now. Going home two weeks ago helped me realize what I missed about Trinity like my suitemates and the amazing practice rooms and the atmosphere in general. But after again, being here for two weeks…I’m wanting to go home. Things are pretty organized and mundane and back home not EVERYTHING is organized like I feel it is here. Maybe that’s because I haven’t “put myself out there enough.” Whatever that means. Homecoming is this weekend and I can’t wait to crown the next queen! Plus, I miss my friends and family and I have a lot of friends coming home from their schools. I CAN’T WAIT. I’ve been blessed with a great set of friends like them.
Anyway, I have a huge psychology paper due in two weeks and I’m exchanging e-mails with my professor because I can never seem to go to his office hours. Finding a topic for this is hard. The project itself is relatively simple: create a hypothesis, research it, state what you found and if your hypothesis was correct. Hopefully he’ll be able to help me come up with the right hypothesis soon. I’m sort of lost.
I got my first grades back for my Design class and I got an A! I was really happy. I didn’t think that my first art projects every would be “A-worthy,” but according to my professor they were. I’ll send pictures to Tam so that she can post them

My music classes are going pretty well for the most part. I still don’t quite have the confidence I need in aural skills, but my choir-singer suitemate has been helping me a lot. We go over the homework together and she helps me hear what I should be hearing. Haha. Gosh…choir singers have aural skills in the bag. Oh well. Instrumentalists normally have music theory in their own bag! Haha.
I’m actually going to a meeting for this sorority/fraternity here called Mu Phi Epsilon. It’s just an informational session and a chance to meet some new people. I’m pretty excited. It seems like a lot of fun and my suitemate is going to go too
That’s all for now!
