Another semester in the books. Cannot believe I’m about to be halfway done with college. Crazy. Overall a great fall term , just got some of my grades back and I did really well. Hooray. Finals were a breeze and I feel as if most people used their study time to go to the pool before returning to frigid climates.
No complaints. I’m back in Dallas now. Still lifeguarding at the Jewish Community Center to make some extra change to go back with, not to mention winter break ain’t cheap. I just got an awesome apartment off campus, it’s my first place and I can’t wait for all the freedom. I have to drive back to Tampa though which will be around 20 hours. I think I will break it up into a 3 day trip and stop at LSU and then stop somewhere in north Florida. Shall be an epic road trip. I’m really looking forward to next year, I have some difficult classes (chemistry, intro to gov world affairs, intermediate Spanish) but those will be balanced out with scuba diving and photography which will be fun. Until then I’ll be wasting hours away at the jcc.
