If you seek Edward

This weekend has started off quite interesting already. Last night I partied with my friends and I had a blast, though tonight I think I’m going to take it easy. Earlier yesterday a boy came looking for me. His name was C. I have this crush on him. He is gay but he’s very mysterious. It’s hard for me to read him and he fascinates me. I don’t know really what it is about him that makes me so interested in him but he has the ability to capture my attention. He came looking for me yesterday, he went to my room while I was downstairs I learned later from my roommate. I ran into him while I was heading upstairs. He seemed to be happy to see me. This attention being paid to me is new, earlier the day before I hung out with him on the pier; we were looking for snook and other types of fish at 1 in the morning. Second Weekend of College

Second weekend of my college experience. It was fun, but unfortunately when you mix alcohol with conflicted interests drama tends to pop up every now and then. Even with the minor quarrel between two love interests it was overall a good weekend. I went to Nu ( a dorm on campus) and had a good time and hung out with friends at South Beach. (more…)

Scavenger Hunt!

Today was a good day, I went to Intro to Psych then my Options for the Future class and then had the rest of the day off to lay around. My roommate went out of town today and so I have the room to myself, meaning I can make the room as cold as I want. my roommate doesn’t like it that cold so now I can make it a icebox, because I love to sleep in the cold.

There was an Eckerd College Gay pride meeting tonight and we went on a scavenger hunt. Of course my team, team flying fabulous rainbows won. But something was different today, we had a new face. It was this cute boy, unfortunately I forgot his name. I had a lot of fun on the scavenger hunt.. also I made amends with a good friend recently and I feel much better. I love her to death because she is a person that knows me well and loves me for me. She isn’t perfect, nor am I. Today indeed has been a good day.

COLLEGE PARTY

COLLEGE PARTY

I got back to my dorm around 2:45 this morning after being at the Nu complex. There was a party going on there. Nu complex living style is like small apartments and its perfect for the typical college party. I along with a bunch of my other friends went to Nu and hung around with a lot of other people. Yes there was drinking and what not at the college party and it was so awesome. My first real college party. Now I have been to ones before, like the one I went to in Denver when my sister graduated, but this one was my own. And I loved it. I squeezed into this small room with 50 other people and we were all hopping and dancing while there was a laser show. Because it’s Florida I was sweating a ton, especially in the room packed with people.  All I can say right now though, while sitting in the library doing my homework that is due tomorrow… I love college.

I met a really cute guy last night, my friend  Steve who is in my dorm has his friend come all the time, his name is Jay. Jay brought his friend David who was a really nice guy. Im glad I made a new friend, he’s really up beat and cool.

Well I have homework to do so I must go. Yay for college !

Longboarding

So I can now long board. I’m so excited and I am looking around to purchase my own! I learned how to one late evening and ive been using my friend’s board ever since. Of course I will give it back to her but not until I get my own. This is exciting for me because I never pictured myself being the skater type at all. But I guess in college you grow and change drastically. (more…)

So many interesting things happen once upperclassman arrive back onto campus, a kind of pecking order is re instated, and for those who can’t seem to let go of high school, make snickering comments about freshman as if we were lesser beings. (more…)

Edward: Cool College Kid

The fresh feeling that I get of waking up and being a cool college kid heading off to grab a bite before I schlep to class is complimented by the delightfully gentle warm breeze that sweeps through the walkway of the Amacrost Library greeting me to the new day. Though this pleasant feeling is swiftly demolished once I get my assignment in class to read a crap load of pages in my book, which every chapter seems to be repetitive which is such a motivation killer.
