Movin’ on in

My move in was actually really easy. On the website and everything they sent me it said move-in day was Sunday but I called the housing people for some reason that I can’t remember and students can also move in on Saturday too. So my family packed up the car and headed out to good ole Lubbock to move in to my dorm.

Move-in day, people, professors, and the whole sha-bang.

At 8 a.m. “Team Trinity” came and grabbed every single thing out of the two cars that we brought and put everything outside of my room for me (thank the lord). After getting my key from my RM (resident mentor), my parents and I move the 9 or so boxes + a lot more into the room.

I mean, I spent practically every summer of my childhood in sleep away camp, so this just feels like camp to me. A little bit more about me.

I’m Carly C (I know there is also a student blogger with the same name and spelling as mine so I’m going to try and differentiate). Any way, some of my other hobbies (besides playing my viola) include taking pictures, playing video games, writing, and hanging out with my friends (and I’ll probably find any excuse I can to visit them as much as possible). I worked really hard in school and luckily it paid off. I took every AP class that I could (except world history, history isn’t really my strong suit). My favorite subject outside of music is definitely math. Go ahead, call me crazy :)
